This 18th-century villa is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Como, a short drive from the old town of Como, home to restaurants and artisanal shops. The words to describe the beauty here can only be found in poetry. It is the smaller building of the luxurious Estate, the entrance leading to villa is quite charming. It is situated with a front courtyard with lemon trees and vines, that lead to the front door. Upon entering the Villa there is a center foyer with a sun window above, which allows the natural night to enter into the center of the home permitting light over multiple levels.
The interiors of the villa are decorated very tastefully with a combination of fabrics and prints of soft pastel colors. The furnishings are of various rich woods, crystal chandeliers and antiques. The windows of the property are very unique, some oval in shape, from every window you can see the lake or mature tall trees and seemingly endless gardens. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with delicate decor, separated by the center sunlit foyer. At right there is a fully equipped professional kitchens where the chef will prepare and serve breakfast but also meals upon request. At left there is the marble stair case that leads to the upper floors while straight ahead there is the large dining and sitting rooms with fire place, mosaic floor and frescoes ceiling too.
Outside, you’ll find a large garden with a swimming pool, a patio for alfresco dining and a terrace for sunbathing – not to mention unobstructed views of the water.
