The villa consists of 2 floors plus the attic. On the first floor there are 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms with queen beds and two of the bedrooms have a nice balcony. The master bedroom offers a comfortable walk-in closet and a small study area. The attic floor contains 2 chalets like bedrooms: One bedroom is cozy, with tremendous lake views and a double bed. The other is a bedroom that works beautifully with two, twin beds. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.

The shores of lake como are a short stroll away from this villa. The villa is in a quiet and sunny spot and close to Trattoria del Fagiano, one of the best restaurants in the area. The city of como is 15 minute drive from the villa.

Cancellation Policy

90 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
For guest in house 90 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
