The detached 6 bed villa sits in a landscaped lake view setting, with far reaching views towards Bellagio and the Italian Alps of the north and to Nesso in the south. Having undergone a recent 5 star refurbishment the villa is adorned with all the latest mod cons and is decorated in a luxury style.

The salt water swimming pool is one of the eye catching feature of the villa. The pool is surrounded by a fenced sculpture beautiful garden which oozes an added ambience of elegant classicism. Beach chairs has been provided near the pool to relax and soak up the summer sun. To the ground floor, an inviting hallway leads to a beautiful and generously proportioned drawing room, which is lavishly furnished with sumptuous seating for 15 and is complemented by the radiant ambience of an open fireplace. Large dining room offers a stylish setting in which to entertain, with a fireplace on hand for wintertime stays and easy access from here to a separate fully equipped kitchen.

To the first floor luxury sleeping accommodation continues to delight. Couples can easily relax and enjoy a tempting lie-in to the two double bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature a luxury en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower with massage system. One of these suites is furnished with a queen size bed, whilst a king size bed features to the other. Two twin bedrooms to the same floor offer a welcome touch of flexibility. There’s heaps of room here so this is a great choice for large groups. For added convenience, two baby cots and two high chairs can easily be provided for families staying.

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will be made to feel right at home. From the villa a pedestrian path (of Roman origin and measuring a distance of 800m) leads downhill to the centre of Argegno. The ancient lakeside town offers an idyllic setting in which to enjoy an authentic morning coffee, alfresco meal or evening ‘Aperitivo’. The ancient town also benefits from grocery shops, boat mooring, a bus service and passenger ferry service to Como.

 The neo-classical villa stands just 1 kilometre from the village of Argegno, between Menaggio and Laglio. The shores of Lake Como are 1 kilometre away too. You can look forward to fantastic views of the lake, stretching from Bellagio in the north to Nesso in the south. Argegno is a small and quaint village that overlooks Lake Como in the area of greatest depth. In Argegno there will be no shortage of opportunities to visit fascinating historic churches and places in nature with breathtaking views of Lake Como. The local surroundings also offer easy access to breathtaking hiking routs, water sports, boat rental and the prestigious golf clubs of Villa D’Este and Menaggio & Cadenabbia
