Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with a modern, transparent glass table and stylish white chairs, comfortably seating 8 guests. 

The property has wooden floors throughout, save for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have tasteful Italian ceramic flooring. All rooms, including the kitchen, have A/C. All of the doors and windows have mosquito screen protection. Three of the four bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms, with luxury fittings and walk-in showers or bathtubs, and direct access to the gorgeous terrace.
