The villa offers private garden and pool. It can sleep up to 16 people and has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and flowers, the property boasts a large private terrace with 4 dining tables, from which you can admire the Tuscan hilly landscape. The villa also offers a barbeque area along with outdoor furniture to relax. 

The villa is split into three floors. On the ground floor you will find a pool table to enjoy some quality time over. The living area is on the first floor and offers fireplace, armchairs and a TV. There is a private balcony as well here. The fully equipped kitchen is also on this floor along with two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a common WC for the floor and a laundry room. The other six bedrooms are on the top floor. All the rooms are equipped with double beds and have ensuite bathrooms.

The villa is located in the countryside of Rignano sull'Arno on the outskirts of the Chianti area just half an hour from Florence. 

• 90 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
• This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
• For guest in house 90 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
• Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
