Located At first italian floor (second for Americans) with elevator. A brand-new 180 SQM  apartment  with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms one living room with kitchenette, study in the mezzanine and closet with washing/dryer machine.

First room has a double bed & a Sofa double bed.
Second room has a double bed.
Third room has 2 single beds.

First bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and a wc.
Second Ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath, walk in shower and a wc.

Situated right in the heart of Florence just 10 minutes' walk from the L-shaped square "Piazza della Signoria". The Apartment also boasts easy access to Florence Santa Maria Novella train station which is nearly 10 minutes walk away.

The most central and the most touristy neighbourhood – Duomo is likely to be more suitable for a short stay. If you don’t mind the heavy footfall, the area is unbeatable for proximity to the city’s most popular tourist destinations. The Duomo Cathedral, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Palazzo Vecchio are all a genuine stone’s throw away. Home to some of the city’s most famous historic squares, this area is hyper-concentrated in terms of sights. If you’re in Florence for a short visit, staying here means seeing the heart of the city with very minimal travelling. The atmosphere is that of the beaten path, full of hotels, shops, and restaurants aimed at tourists. The streets are packed and quite noisy, especially during the day – visitors looking for a quiet, relaxed spot will probably be best elsewhere. The architectural gems, however, are endless. If you’re in Florence for the monuments, the museums, and the squares – and you want to be right in among them – this area is for you.
