This villa in Tuscany was originally a barn built in the 1640s by a noble Florentine Family and has been restored and turned into a charming independent house situated in a panoramic location in the green hills of Chianti.
The house is quietly located and has nice views over the surrounding countryside and towards three castles, the closest one is only five hundred meters away. The property provides wide green areas with olive-groves and a nicely equipped garden. There is a lovely, partially above-ground, swimming pool which is open from early May to early October. Behind the villa is a large covered terrace, fireplace and a patio table seating twelve people. The terrace provides access to the kitchen. There is a large private parking area inside the property.
On the ground floor, there is a large sitting room, a living room with a decorative fireplace, smart TV, Blue-Ray and a dining area with a table for twelve people with access to the covered terrace. There is one double bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and dishwasher and a table with eight seating places. In the storage room there is a washing machine.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. There is a large double bedroom with king-size bed, an extra bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second double bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, CD player and hi-fi stereo, and a large bathroom with shower and tub.

The village of Montagnana is located two kilometers away and has a small food market, pizzeria, steak restaurant, and bar.
Montespertoli is only five kilometers away and has a wider range of things to do and see. Here you can buy groceries, handicrafts, go wine tasting, visit medieval and ancient castles and churches, shop for souvenirs, attend food fairs, or eat at one of the many restaurants, pizzerias, or wine bars. Festivals are also held throughout the year if you would like to learn more about local and national cultural celebrations, such as the Chianti Wine Festival in June and September, or the Doughnut Festival in March.
Only a day trip away are Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Pisa!
