This beautiful, spacious modern villa has fantastic panoramic lake views and a swimming pool, and is located just ten kilometers north of Menaggio, near the famous Golden Triangle of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. Villa is perched on a hillside and set in a peaceful location with close proximity to the lake.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful, fenced garden and patio, all offering breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding Alps and pre-Alps. The 900 square meter private garden features palm trees, an outdoor barbecue and sun beds. The villa has an electronic gate and a private garage with parking for four cars. There are two additional parking spaces within the property's grounds. An infrared sauna and a Jacuzzi with bathroom are available in the basement of the villa.

The maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 14 people , from 0 to 8 people only 4 bedrooms will be available, from 0 to 10 people 5 bedrooms, from 0 to 12 people 6 bedrooms, from 0 to 14 people 7 bedrooms (futon beds ).

• 90 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
• This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
• For guest in house 90 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
• Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
