The villa is built on three levels, the entrance level has a fully equipped modern kitchen  with a large American fridge, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom with lake view. The dining room has a table for 12 people and a fitness room is available for workout overlooking lake como. Breathtaking views of the Lake Como can be seen from every room in the villa. The house focuses on entertainment, with a large living and dining room that leads to a panoramic terrace, the perfect setting for outdoor dining and for enjoying the sunset. Guests at Villa can enjoy table tennis on site, or go cycling, kitesurfing or windsurfing in the surroundings. From poolside barbecues to hot tub sunset-watching, and post-badminton picnics to table tennis hangouts, this villa offers a unique interior design with huge windows that invite you outside at all hours.

Olgiasca is a fraction of the Municipality of Colico , a charming town in the extreme north-east of the splendid and well-known Lake Como . It is an ideal destination for families and for lovers of all types of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing , kite surfing and canoeing. The restaurants are 5 minute walk away from the residence whereas Piona beach is 4km from the accommodation. Because of the excellent navigation service you can visit the famous villas of Lake Como , such as the splendid villa in Laglio of the well-known actor George Cloney , and also Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo and Villa Balbianello in Lenno.
