The apartment is located on the Quai de Grenelle, on the left bank of the Siene in the 15th Arrondissement. Being on the 15th floor the apartment gets beautiful views of the Eiffel 

 Île aux Cygnes is a small artificial island and it is completely straight, located 750 meters from the apartment. It was created in the 19th century along with Pont de Grenelle and intended to protect the bridge from the large barges then plying the Seine. It also has a replica of Statue of Liberty on its south end. 

Musee de la Poste is the Postal museum in Paris located 2.9 km from the apartment. This captivating museum details the history of communication — semaphore, telegraph, and telephones, including work by Alexander Graham Bell.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 90 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
