A master suite with a king size bed as well as two bedrooms with a double bed. It has two bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom to the master suite with a toilet and a bathtub. A second bathroom with shower. It also has a second toilet. A very cozy living room with an 85-inch TV of high quality to watch your programs in a warm atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. 

The Arc de Triomphe 800 METERS WALKING DISTANCE.

To get there on foot, follow Lauriston Street until the Arc de Triomphe. If you prefer, take the metro to Boissière station (line 6) or Victor-Hugo station (line 2) which will take you directly to the Arc de Triomphe. Trocadéro 450 METERS WALKING DISTANCE The Trocadéro is located 450 meters .

To reach the Palais de Chaillot and its gardens, follow Léo Delibes street out on your left handside, then take Kléber Avenue. You will quickly see Trocadéro. We do not recommend taking the metro, the journey is faster on foot.

Champs-Élysées Avenue 13 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE Is a 13-minute walking ditance from Champs-Élysées Avenue. To get there, follow Lauriston street until Place de l’Etoile, at the top of Champs-Élysées Avenue. If you prefer, take the metro to Boissière station (line 6) or Victor-Hugo station (line 2) to Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile last stop.
