Located within a more residential quarter by the Saint-Lazare terminus station.
This Amazing apartment located at 5th floor with elevator and equipped with an Air conditioned.
As soon as we step into its airy living room on the very top floor, paintings and sculptures in bronze reflect the sun’s rays that filter through the floor to ceiling glass windows. On the right, we view St. Augustin Church and the Eiffel Tower. To the left, on a little balcony suspended above the Haussmannian rooftops, the Sacre Coeur stands guard against the bluest of skies. As the sun sets gently over the skyscrapers of La Défense, watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle into the night.

This is the residential part of the affluent 8th arrondissement, tucked just behind the Champs Elysée but without the tourists. Your neighbours will mainly be wealthy families but you will also come across quite a few workers going to the office too. It's a safe part of town, well positioned for exploring more vibrant neighbourhoods like Batignolles, Pigalle, or even Grands Boulevards. You'll find lots of high-end shops around Madeleine and if you need a break from the retail therapy then we suggest heading for Parc Monceau, which is the smallest but one of the prettiest parks of Paris. For some drinks or dinner, head to Rue des Dames which is lined with cafes and restaurants all the way to Batignolles.
