This luxury large chalet sleeps a total of 20 guests with 10 twin/double bedrooms. Each warm and inviting bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, plus a south facing balcony or terrace. Enjoy breathtaking views to the iconic pyramidal peak of the Matterhorn as you sip your morning coffee.

Alternatively, end the day here by sharing an aperitif with your companions. The chalet’s living and dining room are located on the top floor and exhibit a relaxed open-plan design. An airy and light ambiance moreover complements thoughtful decoration, lavish sofas and toasty wood-burning stoves. This also makes for a perfect space for sociable meals and recreation.

Two smaller separate living areas offer a cozy retreat. It provides a comfortable entertainment room in which you can watch movies or listen to music. Furthermore, on the ground floor of this chalet, a ski and boot room provides convenient storage for your kit. The lower ground floor also boasts Shalimar’s private indoor pool and spa. Here you can soothe the aches of a day on the slopes in the sauna and hammam/steam room.

The grand chalet is located in the enclave of Winkelmatten, close to Zermatt center.

A picturesque 15 minute walk (or short trip by electric taxi) will take you into Zermatt center. Here you will moreover find a vibrant array of bars and night spots, restaurants and shops. Snow permitting, you can also enjoy the pleasure of skiing directly to and from the chalet to the gondola to Glacier Paradise, which is home to a wide range of world-class attractions.
